Admin Control Panel Easily Manage Orders - Find orders that are ready to ship, orders awaiting payment, abandoned orders and more. Change the status of orders. Create your own status levels. Add manual payments. Enter notes for the order. Enter shipping information (shipping codes, urls, notes, etc). Search for orders by name, email, invoice. Print packing slip.
Manage Manufacturers - You can create an unlimited list of manufacturers and add a manufacturer to a product. Shoppers can search for products by manufacture via a drop-down list or a menu selection. Manufacturer names are included in search results.
Manage Your Products - Search for products by name, item number or model number. Easily manage unlimited images, options, categories, descriptions and additional text. Each product has a short description for the category page and a long description for the detailed page. Mark products as special (so they show up in the Manager's Specials section). Manage the "Hot Item" score of each product (so they show up in the "Hot Item" section). Enter quantity pricing and more.
Manage Your Product Images - Upload unlimited images per product. The system automatically creates a thumbnail, small, medium and large version of the image based on your configuration choices. Instead of uploading an image, you can just type in the url(s) for each of the sizes. You can mark an image as the primary image and it will show up on the product page as the main image. Other images will show up in the gallery area of the product page. You can configure how many images will show up in the gallery area of the product page. Clicking on an image takes you to the gallery page which displays a small version of all images for that product. Clicking on each image displays the large version of that image.
Manage Your Product Categories - Quickly add products to any of an unlimited number of categories. Easily delete a product from a category.
Manage Product Descriptions - Each product can have an unlimited number of additional description pages. A menu system is automatically built to display the additional description pages (fully customizable via the Template System).
Manage Additional Text Items - Enter text descriptions that are more generic in nature than product descriptions and then add those text descriptions to products. This saves you from having to enter the same exact text over and over for multiple products.
Manage Your Product Options - Enter options and then assign them to products. Override the option pricing on a product-by-product basis if required. Options can be created as drop-down select boxes, expanded select boxes (size of box is customizable), radio buttons, check boxes or text boxes (for engravings, etc). Text box options support charging a fee for the first letter and a separate fee for each additional letter. Configure option items so they do not get added to the cart when selected (an example would be the option "None" in a drop-down list). Configure an option item to be pre-selected. Mark options as mandatory and select the minimum number and maximum number of option items that can be chosen.
Manage "Special Categories" - Enter your own SQL queries to generate a special category list. Examples might be to create a list of items under $50 or a list of items just recently added to the database. This feature makes adding special category lists very powerful but does require experience writing SQL queries and an understanding of the database layout. Several "special" categories come pre-configured.
Flexible Installation Options - Choose to install in a subdirectory or in the main directory. Choose the filenames for the catalog and cart.

Configure Company Information - Set company name, address, phone numbers, sales email, admin email, additional order receipt emails, site keywords and description.
Configure Layout - Choose the site template, CSS file, home page template, search page template, default category and product templates, maximum products per page, and more.
Configure Catalog Settings - Choose image sizes and configure search engine weighting for 6 fields.
Configure Cart Settings - Activate the coupon system, display a "comments" field on the billing screen, allow duplicate items to be added to the cart, allow fractions to be ordered, set whether or not to use separate shipping fields on the billing screen.
Configure Tax/VAT Settings - Set the system to tax all items, tax shipping, display prices including tax, set default state/region tax rates and default country tax rates.
Configure Shipping Options - Set shipping per order, per item, by percent of total or by weight. Set a minimum and maximum shipping charge. Set a level for free shipping.
Configure Extra Billing Fields - If you modify the billing/shipping template to include additional fields you can let the system know by adding additional fields to the admin control panel. This makes the fields show up in the Order Screen and allows you to set up validation rules for the newly added fields.
Configure Validation Rules - If you add fields to the billing/shipping screens you can easily set up validation rules for any additional fields (or remove validation from any field).
Configure Custom Messages And Text - Set up your own custom messages that display based on various activities such as "Coupon Expired", "Item Shipped", "Duplicates Not Allowed", "Email Subject" and more.
Control Website Through Content Blocks - Add/Remove areas of the main template based on content block rules. Modify your templates to include additional blocks that you set up. Add block items to dynamically display web pages of text. The Content Blocks system is very flexible and very powerful.
Configure Multiple Gateways - Easily enable/disable payment gateways and configure the gateway parameters. The system supports multiple payment gateways simultaneously.
Configure Your Own Status Messages - In addition to the default status messages (such as "Ready to Ship", "Canceled", "Complete", etc), you can add your own status messages to help you track orders and to show the customer the current status of their order.
Manage States/Regions and Tax Rates - Add/Modify/Delete the states/regions to display upon checkout (both for billing and shipping). The system supports the use of the "State Other" field if one of the drop-down states/regions is not selected. Set up two separate tax rates. The tax rate will be chosen based on the tax category id of the product.
Manage Countries and Tax Rates - Add/Modify/Delete the countries to display upon checkout (both for billing and shipping). Set up two separate tax rates. The tax rate will be chosen based on the tax category id of the product.
Manage Coupons - Three types of coupons are supported: A flat dollar amount, a percentage of order amount and an amount to reduce shipping charges. All have a minimum order amount that must be met to activate the coupon. You can also set an expiration date for the coupon.
